President Obama Speech on Healthcare Reform

I feel that President Obama has helped pull us out of our crises. He has helped to build a future for us. Our country is so rich, however, there are more than 3,000,000 people without health insurance. People have lost health insurance during crises which resulted in death because insurance companies would not cover their surgeries.

We are closer to this healthcare reform, than ever before, even though, many people have opposed it. We hope to see an effect in four years when the reform is passed.

Small businesses hopefully will be able to offer insurance at an affordable price. It should be against the law not to cover pre-existing conditions. There should not be a cap on insurance coverage either. Also, we should have a limit on out-of-pocket expenses, as well as quality affordable services.

If President Obama’s plan works out, this could be a start to a more caring country. We do have to take responsibility for our childern’s future. After all, they are our future.
